This is a 4-minute Music Video project. We currently plan to shoot on March 27-29.
1st Assistant Director (1st AD)
Oversee on-set scheduling and ensure the production stays on time according to the shooting plan and call sheet.
Coordinate communication between the Director, cast, and all departments to maintain an efficient workflow on set.
Manage set operations, including calling the roll, organizing rehearsals, and preparing the crew for each setup.
Anticipate potential delays and resolve logistical issues to keep production running smoothly.
Prior experience as an AD or in production management strongly preferred.
Line Producer
Manage receipts and expense documentation for post-production reimbursement.
Serve as the point of contact for off-set errands and general coordination.
Coordinate transportation, meal delivery, and crew logistics.
Prior production experience required or strongly preferred.
Script Supervisor (Scripty)
Monitor script continuity throughout production, ensuring consistency in dialogue, actions, wardrobe, props, and screen direction across takes.
Track detailed notes for each shot and take, including timing, line changes, and director’s selects.
Work closely with the Director, 1st AD, and Editor to ensure accurate documentation for post-production.
Maintain the script with all revisions and report continuity issues during filming.
Prior script supervising or continuity experience required or strongly preferred.
Production Assistant
Assist with on-set operations, including setting up equipment, managing lock-ups, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Support various departments with tasks such as paperwork delivery, gear runs, and general coordination.
Handle off-set errands when needed and help with transportation/meals logistics under the direction of Production Management.
Maintain clear communication between departments and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shoot.
Prior production experience preferred but not required.
Costume, Hair & Make-Up
Design and coordinate costumes, hair, and make-up looks that support character development and the overall visual tone of the film.
Source, organize, and maintain wardrobe pieces for all characters, ensuring continuity across scenes and shooting days.
Apply and maintain hair and make-up on set, providing touch-ups between takes to ensure visual consistency.
Assist actors with costume fittings, dressing, and appearance adjustments before and during filming.
Collaborate with the Director, Production Designer, and Cinematographer to ensure all looks translate effectively on camera.
Prior experience in costume, hair, or make-up for film, theater, or photography strongly preferred.
Grip
Assist with rigging, setting up, and adjusting lighting and camera support equipment, including stands, flags, frames, and diffusion.
Support the Director of Photography and Gaffer in shaping light and controlling shadows on set.
Safely build and secure rigs for camera movement, including dollies, sliders, and other support systems as needed.
Maintain an organized and safe working environment around grip equipment.
Prior on-set grip or lighting department experience required or strongly preferred.
